WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES ON THE SITE?
All prices are in USD.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR A TRACKING LINK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will re-send it to your mailbox.

I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received an incorrect item, contact our customer support team as soon as possible via support@47choco.com with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We’ll resolve it promptly.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Items in your order may not be sent in one package because our products are stored in various warehouses globally. This means you might receive one item before the others. Don’t worry if your items arrive at different times—they’re on their way.

I AM MISSING A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are missing a product from your order, it may have been sent in a separate package. Please check your emails to see if any of your items will arrive separately. If an item is missing, contact our Customer Care team at support@47choco.com with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will respond within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order: Cancellation is allowed, and you will receive a 100% refund.
  • After 24 hours but before shipping: Cancellation is allowed, but a 20% management and transaction fee will be applied.
  • Once the order has been shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

  • Case 1: The order has not been shipped yet
    We can assist you in correcting the shipping information. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via support@47choco.com to update your address.
  • Case 2: The order has already been shipped
    We will make every effort to contact the local shipping carrier to update the delivery address. However, any additional fees incurred for the address change will be your responsibility.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping takes 7–12 business days for US orders and 9–15 business days for AU, CA, EU, and other countries. Production time is included in this estimate. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For urgent delivery, contact us via email for the best shipping options or a possible refund.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we deliver products internationally to most countries worldwide.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION

WILL YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON MY PARCEL?
We refund 100% of the total order value, including shipping charges.

WHAT SITUATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR FREE REPLACEMENT?
The following situations are eligible for a refund or free replacement:

  1. Defective or Non-Functional Items: The product received is defective, damaged, or does not work as intended.
  2. Mismatched Description or Customization: The product does not match the description provided or the customization preferences.
  3. Missing or Undelivered Items: The product is missing from the order or was not delivered.

In these cases, a full refund or free replacement will be provided without the need to return the original item.

I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
If you have cancelled your order, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. The processing time depends on the payment method:

  • Refunds for PayPal are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Refunds for debit/credit cards usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
