If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@47choco.com with your order number. We will confirm once it is processed.
Your order cancellation will be processed under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: Cancellation is allowed, and you will receive a 100% refund.
- After 24 hours but before shipping: Cancellation is allowed, but a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied.
- Once the order has been shipped: Cancellation is not possible.
